following outlines our privacy policy. We may update it from time to
time and will provide appropriate notice of such updates.
“Users” include any of the following:
"Poppy Device User" who is the primary user of a Poppy Device
"Poppy Device Manager" the legal guardian(s) of a "Poppy Device
User" who is a minor
"Phone User" who has been added as a contact by a "Poppy Device
Manager"
Poppy Devices Inc ("the Provider") collects, stores, and uses certain
information from or about Users ("User Data") to deliver the Services
as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Certain Services are intended for use by minors, and require the
explicit consent of their legal guardian for their personal
information and data being collected and used to deliver the Services.
Data is only processed or shared with Third Party Services for the
purposes of delivering the Services. We may use aggregate data for
analytics, trend analysis, error monitoring and other product
development purposes.
We will never share, give, or otherwise distribute your data for any
purpose other than providing the Services. Under no circumstances do
we sell User Data to third parties.
At any time, if you wish to have your data deleted, simply email us
(hello@talkpoppy.com) and we
will make every reasonable effort to delete all your data in our
possession.
Mobile Messaging Policy
By opting in via SMS, you agree to receive messages from Poppy Devices
Inc related to Poppy proxy communications between you and a
trusted/approved contact. Message frequency may vary. Message and data
rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply
HELP for help or contact hello@talkpoppy.com. We do not
sell or share your mobile number, opt-in consent, or message data with
third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share
data only with service providers as needed to deliver messaging
services.
